#Vanlife Festival will be a 3 day family focused VW Camper based event. Held over the weekend of 10th-12th June at Scampston Hall Nr Malton.
2022 will be #Vanlife Festival’s inaugural year and we will be entering the market with a bang! We plan to showcase some of the best VW campers in the UK and bring you a unique weekend festival experience.
On arrival you will be guided to the camping field where you are welcome to set up your camp for the weekend. The emphasis will be on “chill” so pull on the handbrake and crack open your favourite tipple.
Once you have settled into your space you can wander over to the Trade village, which will be attended by some of the best VW Camper and festival traders in the country. Be it parts for your bus or items for yourself we have you covered.
We have selected a range of culinary delights to tempt you. Our street food area has been chosen for quality and value and we cater for all preferences. We’ve teamed up with several independent bars to bring you a full range of drinks, from beers to bacardi and everything in between!
Entertainment will be running all weekend. Friday evening will kick off with the ‘Slippers the split’ DJ and followed by ‘Hip hop horray” who will see you into the night.
Alternatively we have Tom Dibb playing in our acoustic area if you wanted something a little more chilled.
Saturday see’s the trade village open. We have gone all out to keep the little uns happy. we have

While the kids are entertained why not sit back and chill while listening to the acoustic artistry of Tom dibb and his ensemble of artists.
If you fancy something a little more visceral why not watch the fantastic Fox family’s “Wall of Death” we guarantee you will be amazed!
If that wasn’t enough we are inviting all camper/van owners to show their vehicles and compete for “best daily driver” and “best self build”
We also can’t wait to see what delights can be created in our ” Bus bake off” competition Where you are given the opportunity to showcase your skills cooking in a camper.
As the sun goes down “Slippers the split” will fire up the DJ booth again and play out some banging tunes. Once you’re all warmed up we can bring out our headline act…..
It’s time to go back to the 90’s and rock out to “NOASIS” The UK’s premier Oasis tribute band. Dance the night away and sing your heart out, we “definitely maybe” think you’ll be impressed.
Sunday brings even more fun. In addition to all the amazing entertainment. We are introducing the all new “BRITAIN’S BEST BUS” competition! We are scouring the country to find the best campervans around. We hope to see incredible vintage VW’s competing against their younger siblings. Who will drive off the show field with a giant trophy the auspicious title of “britain’s best bus”
As Sunday progresses we start to say goodbye to all our new friends and hope to see you all again in 2023.
