What time does the show open?

Gate opens at 12pm on Friday for weekend camping visitors.
Gates open for day visitors:
Saturday 9am-6pm
Sunday 9am-4.30pm
Please note there are NO day visitors Friday.

 

Are Dogs allowed on site and the campsite?

Yes, but on leads at all times, and obviously cleaned up after immediately.

 

Can you pay for camping at the show?

Only if the event hasn’t sold out

 

Do I get in quicker if I have bought my ticket in advance?

This does save time as there is no need to queue at the ticket booth.
You should proceed straight to the gate.

 

When does pre-booking end?

When the event sells out.

 

Can I get a Ticket Refund?

We do not issue refunds on pre-booked tickets.

Do you allow cans or glass bottles?

Cans are allowed but we have a zero tolerance for glass onsite. This is for your own safety and for that of others. Please transfer into plastic before you come. Any glass containers will be confiscated.

 

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol as long as it’s not in glass bottles.

 

Are fires or fire-pits allowed?

No. Fires are not allowed under any circumstances.

 

Do you allow BBQ’s?

Yes, They must be raised off the ground

 

Can we play music in the campsites?

We have a music curfew of 11pm in the main campsite. Please be respectful to other campers.

 

I am bringing my disabled friend, do I pay for a carer?

A carer ticket will be issued upon production of valid supporting documentation/ ID. Examples of accepted carers identification include documentation for Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance Letter (AA), or a consultant’s letter dated within the last 12 months.

 One carers ticket will be issued with one full paying adult. These tickets can only be purchased at the event directly with the required supporting carers documents.

 

Is there disabled parking and if so do I need a Blue Badge?

Disabled parking areas are clearly signposted at the show. If you are unsure where to go please ask the security guard at the gate. We ask that you display your Blue Badge.

 

 Is electric hook up available in the camping fields?

Unfortunately we do not offer EHU

 

Are there any shower facilities?

Yes, there will be showers available for campers to use free of charge.

 

Are we allowed generators in the camping field?

We would discourage the use of a generator in the camping fields as they are highly antisocial.

Can we bring Chinese lanterns?

Absolutely No fireworks or Chinese lanterns!

 

Can I bring a petrol moped?

No motorised leisure scooters / bikes / skateboards.
Electric mobility scooters are permitted.
